Warranty and Returns Shop by Price

Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer.  We take the time
to pick the highest quality products to carry in our store.

In the case that you are not satisfied returns are allowed within
30 days of receipt.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility
of the buyer.  Please contact us first before returning a product
for exchange/refund/or warranty repair.

Postage for all product returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
All returned items MUST be shipped back to the store of origin. For example: a flashlight purchased from 4Sevens.pl must be returned to the store in Poland.

When contacting us, you must have the order number
and a detailed description of your problem.  Our customer
service representatives may step you through a few procedures
to see if the problem can be resolved without sending in the light.

Once a return is authorized, please write your order number
on the outside of the package and send the product to our warehouse in Poland at the address which will be provided to you in further correspondence.

If required, include printouts of any correspondence related to the return as well as your full name, address and order number.  Thanks!


Fenix Product Warranty

NO QUESTIONS ASKED LIFETIME WARRANTY

We have a new policy for all Fenix brand products.  We are so
confident in these flashlights that we are now upgrading all Fenix
lights purchased past, present, and future to an unconditional
lifetime warranty.

We will repair or replace any Fenix lights purchased from
4sevens.pl.  Simply go through our "contact us"
link to initiate the RMA process.  Your light will be return fully
functional.  The exterior finish is not covered as this is cosmetic
and does not affect the function.  If your model is discontinued,
we may issue you store credit or offer you a newer model of
equal or greater value.  We reserve the right to issue a
refund in lieu of a replacement. 

The only requirements are:
1)  A Fenix brand product purchased from 4sevens.pl. 
2)  You must supply proof of purchase.  An order number
that matches your contact information is sufficient.
3)  You must got through the standard RMA process where we
will try to diagnose your problem before asking you to send it in

 

NiteCore Product Warranty

For all our NiteCore brand products, we offer our standard 30-day return policy. Outside of our 30-day return policy, Nitecore product returns must be processed directly with Nitecore. Nitecore typically warrants their products for one year after purchase. Please refer to your product's included warranty information card for details.

Olight Warranty

Products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

 

Tiablo Service and Warranty

1. 15 days free replacement 

We will repair or replace a light within 15 days of purchase if it suffers from a manufacturing defect. If the problem calls for a replacement, we will replace the light with the same model as the one sent in. If the model has been discontinued, customers will recieve a product with similar or improved performance. 

2. 12 months free repair 

We offer free repair within 12 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use. 

3. Limited lifetime warranty 

If problems develop after 12 months of the purchase date, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is assessed acording to the cost of the replaced materials. If damage to the light is substantial, Tiablo will contact distributors with a quote, and the distributor will contact the customers concerning whether to exchange the parts. Freight should be paid by distributors or customers. 

4. Warranty Cards 

When shipping the flashlights to the end users, distributors or dealers also need to provide the Warranty Card to the users. The requested information on the warranty card should have been filled out. The sales date and other necessary info such as stamping are also required from the distributors or dealers.

MicroFire Product Return Policy
Bulbs & lamp assembly - 30 days (breaks from misoperation or dropping excluded)
Rechargable batteries - 90 days
Chargers - 1 year
Other electronic parts - 1 year
Bezel, body, tailcap maintenance - 2 years


Polarion Return Policy
Polarion products purchased from Fenix-store.com can be returned
for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items physically
damaged by the customer cannot be returned and will not be accepted.

Note: A 15% Restocking fee will charged to the Buyer for returns within 30
days. Items that do not fall with in the 30-day return time frame will not be
accepted. Products not eligible for return shall be returned to Buyer freight
collect.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number,
which can be obtained by providing customer service with your order
number and request for RMA.

Any merchandise returned with out a RMA will be refused.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please save all
packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Fenix-store.com.
All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents,
and packaging must be returned with your item  for Fenix-store.com
to process your RMA.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and
processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the
same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5
business days of our receiving your return.

Shipments will be deemed to have been accepted by Buyer upon
delivery of the said shipments to Buyer unless rejected upon receipt.
Buyer shall perform whatever inspection or normal operational tests
Buyer deems necessary as promptly as possible but in no event later
than three (3) days after delivery, after which time Buyer will be
deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products. Any discrepancy
in shipment quantity must be reported within three (3) working days
of receipt of the Products. In the event of an over shipment, Buyer
shall have the option to return the Products to Seller at Seller's expense
or alternatively, Buyer may elect to retain the Products (subject to
adjustment of the invoice or the issuance of another invoice to account
for such additional items.)

Polarion Exchanges
In the case of defective items purchased from Fenix-Store, items can be
exchanged for the same product within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Fenix-Store will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a
defective item.

We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and
processed the item that needs to be exchanged. In most cases, we'll issue
an exchange within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.

Refunds and Exchanges from Other Sellers
Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that
seller for refunds and exchanges.
